At Synthetic Lawns Canberra, we are committed to providing quality products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

1. Faulty or Defective Products
If your artificial turf or any other product arrives damaged, faulty, or is not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for an inspection and, if the product is confirmed to be faulty or defective, we will offer you a replacement, repair, or full refund as required by Australian Consumer Law.

2. Change of Mind
Due to the custom nature of artificial turf and cut-to-size orders, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully and confirm all measurements and requirements before placing your order.

3. Installation Services
If you are not satisfied with our installation services, please notify us within 7 days of completion. We will assess the issue and, if appropriate, rectify the problem or offer a partial or full refund.

4. Returns Process
To request a return or refund:

  • Contact us at 0422 227 937 or email contact@syntheticlawnscanberra.com.au with your order details and reason for return.

  • Provide photos or other evidence of the issue, if applicable.

  • We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom or cut-to-size turf orders (unless faulty or defective)

  • Products that have been used, installed, or altered after delivery (unless a defect is discovered after use)

  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)

6. Your Rights
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
